I cancelled but you still billed me!!
The way to cancel is to log into your account and cancel yourself. If you e-mail us there is no guarantee your message arrived. It could haven been filtered by your ISP, an intermediary ISP or our ISP. We receive about 200 e-mails per day and it may well be deleted by our SPAM filter. It is your responsibilty to cancel and we make it really easy for you (see above). If you progress to ask your credit card company for a charge back when you did not close your account off we will have to dispute the charge because chargebacks damage our rating as a merchant.
