Help. I've been locked out.

Account locking happens when the system detects two IP addresses against your username.
This can happen for a number of reasons. The most common ones are:

  • You forgot to log out from one machine before logging in via another. If you are at work or have a PC and a laptop (with different IP addresses) then you need to log out of one machine before logging into another. If you have two machines at home (for example) behind one public IP address then you are okay.

  • You shared your login details. That is very naughty because the rule is one membership per one person. We take that very seriously, in fact it is just like stealing. If we think that is happening we will close your account with no refunds.

This facility cannot be removed so please don't ask. Just remember to log out before using a different IP address. If you are locked out genuinely then please contact us. Bear in mind that we don't sit at our desk 24 hours per day waiting to answer your messages (we eat, sleep and see our family just like you) so please be patient.
