My rack account isn't live
The rack is maintained by another company, although we have access to it of course. The racks site is at http://racks.howtonetwork.net/rms/ and includes instructions on how to get your account set up. If you have e-mailed our racks address and not heard back then it means your message didn't arrive or our response didn't. We have particular problems with Yahoo accounts. If you are a member, please ask on the racks forum to be activated along with your username so we can locate your account. We will endeavor to do this within 24 hours. If you are not a member then please call or leave a message on our landline and the number is on the contact us page. |
