Use

Sets the timezone of the router.

Syntax

Router(configure)# clock timezone <WORD>

Example

In this example the timezone of the router is set using the clock timezone command.

R1(config)#clock timezone mtn -7
R1(config)#
*Mar 1 00:36:23.155: %SYS-6-CLOCKUPDATE: System clock has been updated from 00:36:23 UTC Fri Mar 1 2002 to 17:36:23 mtn Thu Feb 28 2002, configured from console by console.
