9. Cancelling your membership. You can not rely on an e-mail reaching us. They can be blocked at any point from your ISP to ours and could well be caught up in a mail filter. You cancel your account by logging into 'Your Account' section and cancelling there. This is the only method of cancelling we accept. Once you do cancel, please check that you have received e-mail confirmation from howtonetwork.net that your account is now cancelled. If that does not arrive please contact us to confirm.
    
10. Charge backs. As at point 9, you cancel your membership by logging in and cancelling. If you choose to request charge backs on your credit card without doing that we reserve the right to claim back the amount of chargeback as a lawful debt plus any associated legal or collection fees. Charge backs count against us as a business and there is absolutely no need to request them from your bank without speaking to us first.
