Q. How long will my books take to come?

A. Please allow 14 days for delivery.

Q. Where do they ship from?

A. European orders from the UK and USA./Canada from the USA.

Q. I ordered software but it never came.

A. Please allow 2-3 working days for audio and software products. They all  need to be stamped with your details. If you need help please e-mail orders at howtonetwork dot net or use the customer service forum.

Q. Can I return books?

A. Only if you received the wrong item. Books are second hand once delivered so if you change your mind once they arrive please sell them on the for sale forum.

Q. How much is postage?

A. Please use the postage calculator on the checkout. Generally books in the USA and UK are $8 unless it is the 101 CCNA Labs product. Software is generally free of postage.

Q. How do I get the members discount?

A. Please use the e-mail registered to your account at the checkout. If you use a different one then you will not get the discount.

Q. Do I need to buy the 500 CCNA exam questions?

A. Platinum members get these for free on the platinum members page. Otherwise they have to be paid for.
