Q. How do I get my rack account set up?

A. Please read the how it works page on the racks site.

Q. I e-mailed for my hours but no response.

A. Please give us 48 hours. Your e-mail or our response may have been blocked so if no response please use the Racks forum thread. This is the only place the racks support team check.

Q. I'm having problems with the rack, how can I get help?

A. Please use the racks forum thread.

Q. Some commands seem to be blocked.

A. We have had to block passwords and some other commands due to students locking the equipment. Please use the racks forum if you think the command should work.

Q. I can't connect to the routers.

A. There are sometimes issues with online Cisco equipment like any electronic component. Please watch the training videos and use Putty to connect directly to the routers as per the training videos. If you are getting any error messages then please use the racks forum to inform the racks support.
