If you don’t already know, a braindump site is where you can get the actual exam questions and answers.
I don’t usually mention them but I have been a little worried lately when I see people mentioning the sites on the forum. They usually say that they loved my site and also used site X to help them pass.
The problem is that site X is a braindump. I think that many people don’t even know that they are using a braindump site. They pay to join these sites and then wonder why the exam questions they have match exactly the ones they saw on the braindump site.
The issues with this are:
1. Cisco use our site and if they match your name to that comment you will be stripped of your CCNA and banned from taking any future Cisco exams.
2. I have looked at braindump sites and a very large number of their answers are wrong. Very wrong in fact. The sites are built in third world countries and the test takers are not Cisco guys, they take every exam under the sun and somehow copy the questions.
3. If you somehow manage to pass using a braindump you will never know if you could have passed if you hadn’t cheated. You will also be found out during a technical interview or when you are on the job.
Please avoid these sites like the plague. If you want to check if a site is a braindump you can use the excellent resourcewww.certguard.com. I used them to find a braindump site www.how2pass.com:
